Drawing on this background, she later founded RK SMS, an enterprise specializing in large-scale contingency crisis operations, emergency support, and mass hospitality deployments. Jennifer brings this exact executive expertise in scaling, logistics, and relationship-building to Staff2U, ensuring both employers and freelancers have the tools, personnel, and structural support they need to succeed.
