Where is Staff2U located?

What are the uniform requirements?

How do I cancel a gig?
You must notify Staff2U within 24 hours of your scheduled gig. Please submit your cancellation by calling +1 (210) 939-8381

Will I be supplied tools, or a uniform needed for the gig?
Any tools or uniform needed for the work gig are your responsibility; tools and uniforms are not provided.

How often will I get paid?
You will be paid weekly via the Branch Card.

How do I now which ATMs accept my pay card?
The Branch App will direct you to the nearest ATM location available.

I am unable to access my pay card account. How do I fix the issue?

Is there a cost to me for your services?
There are absolutely no fees to pick up gigs through StaffU.

What should I do if I am going to be late for a gig?
While being on time is always important, we understand that unplanned circumstances do happen. Contact your Staff2U representative as soon as possible if you know you will be delayed and to discuss any additional details.

How do I find available gigs?
The available gigs will be listed on the Nowsta app. You will have the ability to choose gigs and pick days/hours that best fit your availability.
